Description:

The video called “Campus” is an experimental non-narrative film. This video is a visual video about someone trying to remember their walk home along with their mounting anxiety about what could have happened. Within the film the memories fluctuate showing how people don’t always full remember their walk home and how pieces can be missing within their memories. The anxiety of the situation is represented by the tempo of the sound mimicking a heartbeat. This video is named “Campus” as a statement to excessive drinking and the experiences of "blacked out drunk" when coming home from the bar or parties. I have always thought it would be extremely scary not knowing how you got home. This video is styled after how I envisioned memories would be of the night before.
